Pay Rate: $13.00 per hour

We are currently hiring Part-Time Servers/Waitstaff to support our vibrant senior living community.

Flexible Scheduling OptionsFull-Time Opportunities

Full-time team members may work daytime double shifts, providing schedule consistency and the opportunity to maximize hours while still enjoying two days off each week.

Part-Time Opportunities

Flexible shifts are available, including:

• 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
• 3:30 PM -- 7:30 PM

Schedules vary based on availability and business needs.

Position Summary

As a Server/Waitstaff team member, you will help create a warm and enjoyable dining experience for our residents and guests. This role includes taking meal orders, serving food promptly and courteously, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team.

Essential Responsibilities

• Greet and seat residents and guests with professionalism and kindness
• Present menus, answer questions, and provide meal recommendations
• Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders
• Operate the Point of Service (POS) system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, tables, dishes, and service areas
• Assist with catering events and additional dining service duties as needed

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
