Senior Living Server – Dining Services

Make a Difference Every Day as a Senior Living Server!

Certified Apartment Staffing is seeking a friendly, dependable, and compassionate Server to join the dining team at a senior living community.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in providing excellent service and a welcoming dining experience to residents.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents warmly and provide attentive table service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Set and clear tables before and after meals
• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate resident requests and dietary needs to the appropriate staff
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents, families, and guests
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily dining operations

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, senior living, or food service experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry trays throughout the shift
• Must be comfortable working with seniors and providing compassionate service
• Food Handler certification is a plus
